General Questions
Our gift cards are 100% digital. When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email containing a unique code that can be used at checkout. No physical card will be mailed to you.
No, our gift cards never expire. You (or the lucky recipient) can take your time to find the perfect item!
By default, the gift card email is sent to the purchaser. To gift it, you can simply forward that email to the recipient, or print out the email and present it to them personally.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Redemption & Usage
It’s easy! When you are ready to checkout, enter your unique gift card code in the box labeled "Gift card or discount code" and click "Apply." The value of the card will be deducted from your total.
Yes! Gift cards are considered a form of payment, so you can definitely combine them with a discount code during checkout.
If your order total exceeds the balance on your gift card, you can pay the remaining amount using any of our standard payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. You can use the same code again for your next purchase until the balance reaches zero.
Troubleshooting
You can check your balance by clicking the link in the original gift card email. If you cannot find the email, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to look it up for you.
