Our story
Founder Simon grew up in Australia in the late '90s, collecting and trading Pokemon cards. What began as a childhood hobby became a lasting focus on the cards themselves, and on displaying and protecting them the way they deserved.
The market only offered cheap displays
When we started collecting, the only way to show a graded card was a cheap, poorly made display. Flimsy acrylic that clouded and yellowed, ugly exposed screws, and little to no protection from UV light, drops, or dust.
Nothing on the market was built to the standard of the cards going inside it. So we set out to change that, engineering a display worthy of a grail: optically clear, sealed by magnets with no screws in sight, and up to 99.6% UV resistance.
Today, Phantom Display offers a complete ecosystem for graded card collectors. The Ultra line delivers premium free-standing display. The Magneto line, with its patent-pending embedded iron core, enables tool-free magnetic mounting to walls, stands, and desks.
