Which display case fits my graded card slab? Plus

Each Phantom Display is designed for a specific grading company's slab dimensions. We carry variants for PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, and TAG slabs. When shopping, make sure you select the variant that matches your grading company. For example, a PSA slab will only fit a display with a PSA variant. If your slab has a GradedGuard bumper on it, you will need a Phantom x GradedGuard or Magneto (GradedGuard) display to fit properly.

What is the difference between the Ultra, Nano, Magneto, and Ghost? Plus

Ultra: Our flagship. 10mm crystal acrylic per side, neodymium magnetic closure, and UV protection. Available as a single or triple display in Rounded and Prism styles.

Nano: A slim, lightweight option at 5mm per side. Same UV-resistant acrylic, half the thickness. Great for everyday display or travel.

Magneto: Same premium acrylic as the Ultra, plus a patent-pending embedded iron core that lets you mount it on a wall or desk stand using magnets. No drilling required.

Ghost: Crystal acrylic with a glow-in-the-dark frame and LED charging base. Currently out of stock. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified when it returns.

What is the difference between Rounded and Prism? Plus

Rounded and Prism are two edge styles available across our display lineup. Rounded features smooth, curved edges for a softer look. Prism features sharp, angular edges for a more geometric, modern aesthetic. Both styles use the same premium crystal acrylic, the same neodymium magnetic closure, and the same UV protection. The choice is purely visual, so pick whichever style matches your setup.

My card has a little bit of wiggle room inside the case. Is that normal? Plus

Yes, that is completely intentional. We design every display with a small amount of clearance to account for minor sizing variations between different grading companies. The space is never large enough to cause damage to your card, even if dropped. It is a feature, not a flaw.

I have a thick slab (patch auto, memorabilia card). Will it fit the standard Ultra? Plus

If your slab is thicker than a standard graded card holder, the standard Ultra may not close properly. We carry a dedicated Ultra (Thick Cards) model with a deeper interior built specifically for thick slabs like patch autos and memorabilia cards. Available for PSA/CGC/TAG and BGS.

Do you carry an SGC display case? Plus

Yes. Our Phantom Ultra is available in an SGC variant. At this time, the Ultra is the only product line with SGC-specific sizing. We are always evaluating new variants based on collector demand.

Do you make custom-sized display cases? Plus

We are not able to accommodate custom one-off builds at this time. All of our cases are designed specifically for standard graded card slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG). If your card is in a standard graded slab, our cases should work great. Let us know the grading company and slab type and we can point you in the right direction.

Where can I buy the desk stand shown in your product photos? Plus

The Magneto Desk Stand is a newer product. It is an aluminum alloy stand with an adjustable articulating arm and 360-degree rotation, designed specifically for Magneto display cases. You can also browse the accessories collection for all available mounts, stands, and add-ons.

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? Plus

Domestic US orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Hawaii and Alaska shipments may be upgraded to Priority shipping for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Where is my order? I haven't received a tracking update. Plus

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after the label is created. If your tracking has not shown movement for several days, please contact us and we will sort it out. If a package appears lost or severely delayed, we will send a replacement.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Plus

If your order has not yet shipped, reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it through the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Plus

We accept returns on unopened products in their original shrink wrap within 15 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid USPS return label, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. If you are outside the 15-day window but the product is still unopened, contact us and we will work with you to find a middle ground. For full details, see our Refund/Return Policy.

Can I exchange my display for a different variant or style? Plus

Absolutely. We accept exchanges on unopened products in their original wrap. Just let us know which item you would like to return and what you would like instead, and we will provide a prepaid USPS label and get the replacement set up for you.

I forgot to use my discount code at checkout. Can you still apply it? Plus

No problem. Reach out to us with your order number and the code you meant to use, and we will push a refund for the discount amount to your original payment method.

Product Quality & Care
My display arrived with a minor scratch or scuff. What should I do? Plus

Minor surface scuffs can often be removed with our Acrylic Restoration Kit, which includes a specialized cleaner and protection cream. Contact us with a photo and we will take care of you. For anything beyond a minor scuff, we will send a replacement free of charge.

One of the magnets in my case seems weak or is not closing properly. What do I do? Plus

That is simply unacceptable by our quality standards. Contact us and we will send a replacement completely free of charge. No need to return the defective one.

How should I clean my display case? Plus

Use our Acrylic Restoration Kit or a soft microfiber cloth with a gentle acrylic-safe cleaner. Avoid paper towels, household glass cleaners, or anything containing ammonia, as these can scratch or cloud acrylic over time.
